Begin with an exploration of "The Transformative Power of Gratitude" and discover how this practice can profoundly shift your perspective and enhance your yoga journey. With time for a Q&A session.

The workshop culminates in a special,  comprehensive sequence targeting the hips and surrounding areas from multiple angles. Experience a thoughtfully designed practice focusing on hip mobility, stability, and flexibility to optimize overall hip functionality. And learn how to integrate these techniques into your personal yoga routine.

Yoga for Chronic Neck and Shoulder Pain with Cat

📅Sunday, December 1,

⏰2-4pm $40 for one workshop, $60 for both

💫 Posture breakdown and additional mobility exercises

Living with tightness or chronic pain in the neck and shoulders is common, but not irreversible. In this workshop, Cat will focus on techniques you can use during your yoga class to help you alleviate neck pain and tightness in the shoulders and upper back. Many people hold day-to-day stress in the shoulders and upper spine and we know that yoga can help! You will learn techniques to focus on in class as well as simple exercises you can practice outside of class on your own. You have the ability to use yoga to bring you to your highest state of health. Yoga is both curative and preventative. If you have a deeper yoga practice, over time these exercises will also help you increase the range of motion of your upper spine and shoulders for more advanced postures like pigeon, dancer, full camel and other fuller backward bends or deeper forward bends.
