June 28 – July 6, 2025
$1800
This is an opportunity for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of yoga through committed practice, meaningful study, and connection with a like-minded, kind-hearted community.
This training is a practice intensive held over nine full days of immersion in the physical, philosophical, and spiritual practices of yoga. It serves as a bridge between our Beginner’s Hot Yoga class and the Advanced series comprising our full lineage of yoga. Mornings begin with a short group practice, followed by posture clinics, more yoga, and opportunities to refine your technique. Afternoons will feature longer practices in the tradition of the Advanced series. Weekends will include extended yoga practice sessions.
We'll meet in both the yoga school and in beautiful Winnemac Park, just across the street—letting the elements support and inspire our work together.
This training is practice-focused. You do not have to plan to teach, but for those who wish to, this is Part One of a two-part Intermediate Yoga Teacher Training. Part Two will be offered in Fall 2025 (October 9-14) and will be reserved for those who wish to continue on the teaching path.
Whether you’re preparing for USA Yoga Nationals, looking to reinvigorate your personal practice, or exploring deeper philosophical study, this is a powerful way to connect and advance.
$1800 | Limited spaces
Prerequisite: Minimum 6 months of a consistent original hot yoga practice, or a letter of recommendation from your yoga school owner.
Both part 1 and part 2 are required for a full teaching certificate.
