Thank you everyone for being here for our costumed and multi-teacher Halloween yoga class! We are thrilled to re-introduce our Karma Yoga Series where you can come and take free virtual community yoga classes with us! It was so fun!
Our greatest hope is to help make a positive impact on people’s lives, mind, body and spirit. We hope that you leave class, always feeling better than when you came in.
We also believe that yoga should be accessible to all people, no matter what barriers might exist to access. The Karma Yoga Class Series is our small way of making yoga a little bit more accessible to all. Thank you for being here with us!
