We have so much love for our community and for sharing yoga with you, so what better way to celebrate the holiday of love by offering an original hot yoga class free of charge!
Bring your loved ones, crushes, pets, house plants, or anyone who deserves love this Valentine’s Day (that’s EVERYONE)!

Yoga has so many benefits, not only for our physical well-being but mental and emotional health as well. The best way to experience these benefits is with a regular practice (at least 3x/week).
